Booking Policy

1. Pre-Payment Process

  • PKSC requests a 30% pre-payment to confirm the booking.
  • The payment must be made by bank transfer to our designated bank account.
  • Clients should provide a transfer confirmation after making the payment.

2. Partner Commission Payment

  • Partner commissions are paid 72 hours after the final client payment.
  • The commission is based on the total amount paid by the client.
  • Commission rates are pre-agreed with partners.
  • If a cancellation or refund occurs, the commission will no longer be valid.

3. Changes & Cancellations

  • Guests can change or cancel their booking at any time by contacting the PKSC manager.
  • Changes are allowed within the same year, subject to availability.
  • If a guest cancels more than 60 days before check-in, the pre-payment is refunded.
  • If a guest cancels less than 60 days before check-in, PKSC reserves the right to retain the pre-payment as a penalty.
  • If PKSC cancels the booking, the pre-payment is refunded in full.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Upon arrival, guests should call +351 919 424 951.

Check-in time: 16:00 to 22:00. After this time, a €20 per room late check-in fee applies.

Pick-up from the bus station must be scheduled one day in advance.
